These Terms and Conditions govern your use of kryzehealth.com and purchases made from Kryze. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store and contact information

The store is operated by Kryze LLC under the Kryze brand. Order and product questions can be sent to support@kryzehealth.com. General business questions can be sent to contact@kryzehealth.com.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or copy site content for commercial use without permission.

Product information

Kryze sells sugar-free, nicotine-free caffeine pouches in Fresh Mint, Citrus Mint, and Green Apple Mint. We work to keep product descriptions, labels, images, ingredients, prices, and availability accurate. Packaging or artwork may change, but the product page and physical label available at the time of purchase control when details differ.

Read the label, directions, ingredients, and warnings before use. Caffeine affects people differently. Kryze products are not intended for children, people who are pregnant or nursing, or people who are sensitive to caffeine. Ask a qualified healthcare professional before use if you take medication or manage a health condition.

Orders

An order confirmation means we received the order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing or product error, suspected fraud, payment failure, an unsupported shipping address, or a violation of these terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Prices, discounts, and payment

Prices and promotions may change. The price shown at checkout when you place the order is the price that applies, except when there is an obvious technical or typographical error. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted at checkout.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

We ship only to addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Free standard shipping applies to any Kryze 7-Pack at its current $34.99 price, or to another eligible cart with a merchandise subtotal of $34.99 or more before shipping and taxes, when the available standard rate is less than $11.00. Each 7-Pack contains 7 cans and 105 pouches of one flavor, not mixed flavors. Checkout confirms final eligibility and shipping charges. Additional details are in our Shipping Policy.

Because Kryze is an ingestible product, opened products are not returnable unless we confirm a product issue. See the Return & Refund Policy for reporting deadlines, required information, and refund timing.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect information supplied at checkout, although we will try to help when contacted before fulfillment.

Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Kryze name, logo, product photography, graphics, writing, and site design are owned by or licensed to Kryze. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.

Third-party services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other service providers help operate the store. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; Kryze does not control their content or availability.

Health information disclaimer

Information on this site is for general product and shopping information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No statement on the site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Kryze is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
