Fresh Mint — straight mint with a cool finish
Citrus Mint — citrus followed by mint
Green Apple Mint — crisp apple with a cool finish
A useful flavor guide should help you judge more than the name on the lid. Sweetness, cooling, aftertaste, pouch feel, and the cost of trying an unfamiliar format all matter. Here is what Kryze can verify, and what still depends on your own preference.
Product labels, catalog prices, and shipping offer checked October 1, 2026. The descriptions below are product flavor directions, not scores from a blinded taste panel.
Choose by flavor direction
Fresh Mint: a mint-led profile
Choose this if you want mint without a fruit flavor. Its label lists peppermint oil, menthol, and WS-23 among the other ingredients. A mint preference does not tell us how much cooling you personally find comfortable.

Citrus Mint: a citrus profile with cooling
The product is named Citrus Mint, and the label lists sweet orange oil, food flavor, and WS-23. It does not list peppermint oil or menthol. The name should not be used to infer an ingredient that is absent from the label.

Green Apple Mint: an apple-led profile
Choose this if an apple direction appeals to you more than straight mint or citrus. Its label lists apple flavor, menthol, and WS-23. The fruit name does not establish a sweetness or cooling score.

Sweetness, cooling, aftertaste, and pouch feel
| What to consider | What we can tell you |
|---|---|
| Sweetness | All three labels list sweeteners including sucralose, stevioside, and maltitol. Sugar-free does not mean unsweetened. We have not published a tested sweetness ranking. |
| Cooling | All three contain WS-23; the other flavor ingredients differ as described above. We do not rate one as universally milder or irritation-free. |
| Aftertaste and flavor duration | We have not published a controlled comparison of bitterness, aftertaste, or minutes of flavor. We do not promise that flavor will stay constant throughout use. |
| Size, surface, and moisture | The real photo below shows the pouch format. We have not published ruler-based dimensions or a comparative moisture or softness test; an image cannot predict comfort. |
On a first try, notice the sweetness, cooling, aftertaste, and how the bag feels separately. A flavor can appeal to you while its cooling feels too strong. Remove the pouch if it hurts or irritates; there is no need to finish a suggested time to judge the taste.

Keep comfort separate from preference. If a pouch burns, rubs painfully, sticks uncomfortably, or leaks, remove it and stop use. Do not assume a different flavor will solve a recurring reaction. See the mouth-comfort guide.
What stays the same across the flavors?
Every pouch lists 50mg caffeine from 228mg guarana, 40mg each of Alpha-GPC, L-Tyrosine, and L-Theanine, and 20mg CoQ10. Each can has 15 pouches. All three are sugar-free, nicotine-free, and tobacco-free. A cooler flavor is not a higher caffeine dose.
Read the complete ingredient lists if ingredients influence your choice. If you need a caffeine-free or stimulant-free product, none of these three flavors meets that requirement.
One can or a seven-can pack for your first order?
One can: $5.99 for 15 pouches, approximately $0.40 per pouch before shipping and tax. This is the smaller commitment to an unfamiliar taste, although delivery charges can make its final cost per pouch higher.
7-Pack: $34.99 for seven cans and 105 pouches, approximately $0.33 per pouch before discounts, shipping, and tax. Every can in the pack has the same flavor. There is currently no mixed-flavor 7-Pack or separate sample pack.
The current free-standard-shipping promotion covers eligible 7-Pack or $34.99+ orders in the contiguous U.S. and Washington, D.C. The merchandise subtotal must remain at least $33.20 after discounts, and the standard shipping rate must be below $11. A rate of exactly $11 is outside these published offer terms. Check the shipping terms and final checkout total.
Check the return boundary before buying: simply disliking the flavor or changing your mind is not covered by the current return and refund policy. A single can reduces quantity commitment; it is not a risk-free taste trial.
If the format and flavor already suit you, compare the pack choices on the product page. If taste is still the main question, compare the delivered price of one can first. The cost guide includes the calculation and current WELCOME5 example.
A short checklist before you choose
- Pick the flavor direction you actually prefer, not the one that sounds most powerful.
- Read the ingredients and product warnings.
- Check whether you want 15 or 105 pouches of that flavor.
- Review shipping, the final total, and the return policy.
